Why: You may see skivvy-clad city goers disperse for a Metro-wide-no-pants-fest this weekend. Those that make it through the city without being cited for indecent exposure will convene at Nellie's Sports Bar [9th and U Street NW] for an after party of sorts. You've been forewarned. [It's sure to be an underwear parade!]
