Why: Smithsonian at 8 is an after-hours event series held at different venues with varying themes. This party will be held at the Enid A. Haupt Garden at the Smithsonian Castle with a Jazz Age (read: Gatsby) theme. Each party has experts who give tours around the grounds, and, of course, a dance floor to get down.
