Why: It is the last night of the world-renowned art and light festival. In other words, it is your last chance to see the interesting, exciting and sometimes weird sculptures currently placed around the cobblestones streets. Either walking down Thomas Jefferson or along the Waterfront, keep you eyes peeled for anything that may seem a little out of place. Take a second from the holiday shopping and go for a quick stroll, this is not to be missed.
