Join Washington socials for tomorrow's Perennial Garden Party at the Woodrow Wilson House, located at 2340 S Street NW. This much-anticipated rite of spring, now in its 24th year, will feature a fierce competition (and fabulous prizes) for the best spring hats, a spectacular silent auction, live music, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the spectacular gardens of the Woodrow Wilson House.
