What are you daily requirements to achieve and maintain the Glow?
JESSIE: Everyone should try to drink a lot of water all day long. It’s kind of obvious but drink a lot of warm water with lemon.
TARA: That’s what we do all day.
GofG: Why warm water? Isn't cold water supposed to boost your metabolism?
JESSIE: Your insides are warm. It’s way more in line with your natural body. It doesn’t shock your body and is digested a lot easier.
TARA: Just as general rule, for what you put in your body, you want your body to work the least amount possible to digest what you put in it to get the glow. When you're drinking super cold water, your body has to work a lot more to warm it up. The more natural foods and the more digestible foods you put in your body, the more room you have to glow.
