We know you are passionate about a number of non-profit causes in the region. How do you choose where you spend your time and efforts?
I have a personal connection to most of the organizations I choose to support. I watched JSSA provide meaningful hospice to a close friend’s parents and I saw the Jubille Assoc. give a full life to a childhood mentally disabled friend. When I see these non-profits giving support where there may be no options for the people I love, I can’t ignore their importance. My giving time and financial support is a thank you for their dedication to helping others in need. I like to know I’m helping them continue their great work.
