Interview: Philanthropist and Business Leader Vic Seested III

How do you find time to balance your executive, family and community service time? This is definitely a tough one. Most of my life is non-stop work and community service. But I save up each year and take my family on vacation around the holidays so we can connect and recharge as a unit. It’s definitely important to me that we take the time to be together without having one foot out the door to the next scheduled part of our daily agenda.
