Other Details: ArtJamz, the District's first "paint and sip" studio, reopened its doors in an expanded Dupont Circle location last night during an intimate VIP preview event. Co-owners Chief Creative Enabler Michael M. Clements and Anchyi Wei encouraged guests to break in the new split-level loft studio with a little help from some house bubbly.
