Who Was There: Salon George talent: George Ozturk, Omer Cevirme, Rick Raines, Carl Ray, Ismail Tekin; Ashley Taylor and Matt Bronczek, Allison Priebe Brooks, Kate Bennett, Marybeth Coleman, Lynda Erkiletian, Stephanie Green, Deborah Jones, Carol Joynt, Sandro Keresa, Allison Matthews, Sondra Ortagus, Candace and Chris Ourisman, Tatiana Pastukhova, Allison Prescott, and Susanna Quinn.
Other Details: The upper crust of DC society was in attendance for Salon George's grand re-opening under new owners and long time stylists Omer Cevirme and Ismail Tekin. Our favorite person we met at the party was Her Excellency Deborah K. Jones, the newest ambassador to Libya--replacing the late Christopher Stevens, who was slain in the Benghazi attack in September. Jones was in a chipper mood, just "one of the girls" chatting about hair with
Washingtonian Fashion Editor Kate Bennett, both of whom get their hair done by Tekin (although Bennett gets hers done by Tekin thrice a week).
