What: This past weekend, on June 7th, the first-ever shopping pop-up market, Fashion Yards, took place at Yards Park. The region’s top four-wheeled fashion boutiques gave new meaning to the term “yard sale” when Water Street was lined with pop-up shops from some of the best DC boutiques. Nearly two-dozen shops, offered an impressive spread of clothing, accessories, and home décor, while shoppers also enjoyed live DJ sets, styling session, and snacks from Takorean, Jubilee Ice Cream, Honest Tea, and cocktails by Morini Osteria. And if you thought that was enough, shoppers also received complementary spa treatments from Aura Spa and Vida Fitness. Talk about the perfect retail therapy day.
