Morrison Brothers Band provided the music for this country friend hoedown in Old Town Alexandria at the Old Dominion Boat House, coordinated by
Sam Sterling and
Roxy Jahangeri on Saturday night. Ladies in daisy dukes and gents in cowboy boots drank from the open bar, danced to covers and original Morrison Brothers songs, and ate from the platters of fried chicken from Popeye's. Many opted for cig breaks on the side porch overlooking the Potomac River. Seeing as everyone was too drunk to drive, buses transported the guests to
George in Georgetown for the after-party.
