Other Details: Get ready to see cars with pink mustaches around DC, because Lyft just launched in DC. They threw a party last night at 1776, the tech incubator downtown. Guests enjoyed a photobooth, cocktails, tshirts, a $50 credit for future rides and more. Considering all the red tape Uber went through to become legal, we have a feeling Lyft is in for a bumpy ride in Washington...so download the app and test it out before the commission presumably shuts it down!
