Haupt Garden Other Details: The Alice and Wonderland theme carried on throughout the week from the Washingtonian Party to Friday evening's Garden of Wonders Party held by The Smithsonian At 8. Another party where Alice would have felt right at home. The Victorian-style Enid A. Haupt Garden was transformed into a magnificent Wonderland space. The majestic setting came alive with music by DJ Alkimist, outdoor games which included some moonlight croquet and tons of craft activities. While guests sipped on specialty cocktails designed by Arlington’s Tortoise & Hare, many attendees took part in the party's theme by dressing up for the festive tea-party affair. Guests were adorned in hats, crowns, makeup, and even full on character costumes and accessories.
