Other Details: Models with sky-high heels and hair styled by the salon's award-winning team stomped around the new salon in Dupont Circle, which opened its doors to the public over the last week. Spa Logic provided guests with cocktails, bites, and gift bags at the party. The full-service salon's talent includes co-owner Cathy Luu, with over 15 years of salon experience; Zhen Lin, an it-girl hairstylist educated at Graham Webb; Thomas Shelton, City Paper's "Best Hair Stylist" in 2012; and Tong My Ly, who, before moving to Washington, opened a high end salon in Vietnam--which is still managed by members of her family.
