Other Details: Celebrity Chef Todd English opened his new restaurant, MXDC, in downtown DC (next to The Hamilton) on Tuesday night.  The upscale eatery serves up some creative takes on Mexican food, like jalapeno grapefruit magaritas and crab guacamole. The Gutierrez sisters put on the event and wore matching citrus Herve Leger dresses. Chef English told Guest of a Guest:
