Details: The Obamas didn't let the weather rain on their parade although Barack did graciously start the countdown to the lights at 5 instead of 10 noting the unfavorable weather conditions. Mariah Carey belted it out in her typical diva fashion with a skin-tight white dress (obvs) and Malia Obama was on-trend with her plaid jacket. She's really growing up into quite the fashionista!
