Well, he was in DC. Prince Harry was here to accept the Atlantic Council's Distinguished Humanitarian Leadership Award, "on behalf of my brother, William, our Foundation, all those on both sides of the Atlantic who work so tirelessly to support our wounded veterans," he told the crowd at the Ritz Carlton last night. "But particularly for the guys. This is their award."
Former Secretary of State Colin Powell presented the award to the 27-year-old royal.
Earlier in the day, he visited wounded veterans at the British Ambassador's Residence on Mass Ave. He also helped plant a tree in the garden at the residence.
According to E!, the last time he was in the states was while he was training with US Troops in Arizona and California in November.
