Why we love it: Jardenea may just be the most elegant farm to fork experience in the DMV. Housed inside Georgetown's Melrose Hotel, the restaurant offers a regularly changing menu of gourmet local farm fresh dishes such as Deviled Duck Egg with black truffle essance, pistachio pesto, and white anchovie; Grass Fed Filet of Beef with white truffle dauphinoise potatoes, haricot vert beans and shallot demi-glace; hand rolled spaghetti squash gnocchi with nest of spaghetti squash and brown butter sage; and more.
