Why we love it: STK is one of our favorite destinations in DC for delicious food, unique cocktails and shimmying in our seats with friends to a live DJ. It also plays host to the best monthly Drag Brunch series on Sunday in the city. Favorite cocktails include the wildly popular Green Intensity (with fresh jalapeno) and Strawberry Cobbler (with graham cracker rim). Top dishes include the famous STK Tuna Tartare with avocado, soy honey emulsion, taro chips; L'il BRGS with wagyu beef, special sauce and sesame seed bun; Glazed Beef Short Rib with green apple confit and horseradish cream; Sea Bass with cauliflower truffle puree, citrus glaze, brussel leaves and roasted fingerlings; and of course its famous selection of steaks with an array of sauces.
