Who Will Be The Next Washington "It-Girl?"

Lindsey Downen is the blue-eyed, brown haired younger sister of Heather Downen, the serious girlfriend of Nationals Baseball star Ryan Zimmerman. In a way, this makes her our own Pippa Middleton. She's got a fun job with Winston Lord's Venga iPhone application, and just wrapped up her studies at the University of South Carolina (so you know she has a southern side to her). She's just getting her feet wet but might become a Washington it-girl if she plays her cards right.
