Who Will Be The Next Washington "It-Girl?"

Not very much is known about Naomi Biden, who is 18 years old. She just went with her grandfather, Vice President Joe Biden, to China on official United States business. A short skirt she wore on the trip drew a little bit of criticism--but not too much--just enough to get 'em talking. She's pretty young, but if she goes to a school nearby (her 'cousin' Caroline went to Georgetown), maybe she will become a Washington "it-girl."
