Armani for American Gigolo
This is a film known above all for its style more than plot. The narcissistic high-class prostitute played by Richard Gere wears all manners of unstructured Italian suiting by Armani throughout the film. It was Gere in his character's carefully chosen clothes, wearing them as well as he did that helped turn Armani into a world known luxury name. Supposedly, Gere still wears Armani almost exclusively on camera, and there are rumors that he can walk into any Armani store and pick out what he wants gratis. Armani has also designed clothes for Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne, as well as George Clooney and Brad Pitt in
Ocean's Thirteen.
