Pre-made Smoothies

You drank your large pre-made smoothie for breakfast thinking 'look at me all healthay.' Guess what? It may have contained more calories than a burger...Let alone the amount of sugar in it! Some smoothies at the supermarket may contain up to 1000 calories!!! Some have extreme amounts of fruits or vegetables, and syrup or sugar. Even if it's in liquid form and contains healthy plant-based nutrients, everything should be consumed in mo-de-ra-tion. You may want to make yourself a delicious fruit salad instead!
