Iced Lattes

While your favorite cold brew may give you an extra boost in the morning, it also leaves you jittery and anxious. Too much coffee consumption will also leave you with a dependence, which will give you a withdrawal headache if you don't give into it. Gradually lower your intake of coffee and aim to get your caffeine fix from green tea, which is loaded with anti-oxidants and helps keep you calm.
