Meat

We've all heard those insufferably healthy vegetarians telling us how much healthier and happier they feel since giving up meat. To our dismay, they may actually be onto something. Red meat can wreak havoc on your insulin levels, causing you to feel heavy and sad. Some medical studies even believe that meat is linked to cancer and diabetes, so maybe that new vegan lifestyle you've been avoiding is actually the way to go.
