Naeem's collections are always grand, full of beaded handwork, empirical designs, and lots of capes. Next season is about life in New York in the '20s, '30s, and '40s, about the art deco architecture. "How do you take out the richness of NYC?," Naeem says backstage. "And the grandness of all the amazing women who have been in New York - the great dames?" It's no wonder the Naeem Khan woman is confident, well educated, traveled and glamorous.
