What's one thing you think everyone should add to their daily routine to make them more mindful?
Eat slow. Breathe while eating. Have you ever noticed that you're breathing while you eat? Most people don't. Bringing your attention back to breath. And that's how we burn calories, we need oxygen in order to burn. It's three things: eating slow, put your fork down at least three times during the meal, and becoming aware of your breath, that you're breathing. And that way you'll allow the body to feel when it's full, and to really notice when to stop eating and not overeat beacuse you're acutally allowing the whole digestive process to take place.
