1. Private Music Festival
We sourced and brought in 15 of our clients' all-time favorite bands to play over the course of 3 days for 150 of his closest friends to toast his 45th birthday on his Ranch in Utah. We set up two full stages for the bands to perform on, brought in 10 of the clients' favorite restaurants and chefs to set up stands throughout the festival, and finally had 100 extra-luxe tents with full beds and air conditioning set for all the guests to sleep in.
