Where, in your opinion, is the best seat in the house?
We love the two window seats which have a great view of the dining room and the open kitchen - they have a great aspect, and you get a real sense of the restaurant. But we also have a soft spot for the small two-top table nearest the kitchen - you are in the action here, and as chefs it's wonderful to be able to interact and talk to people as they enjoy their meal.
