Take a Breather

We are always taught to "go go go," especially when living in fast-paced cities. But sometimes we need to hit the pause button and just breathe. Pausing for 2 to 3 minutes each day to take 10 long and deep abdominal breaths can make a huge difference to your stress levels, and in turn your vitality and well-being. Making time for mind-body practices such as yoga, meditation, or Pranayama breath therapy will help you release stress, tension, and even stored anger. Meditation
