CMJ 2014: 10 New Artists To Catch At This Year's Festival

Crossing and expanding over 3 continents, Lia Mice sets out to make music that is influenced by her travels with a little '80s mixed in. She started out her music career in punk bands in Australia, relocated to Brooklyn, and finally settled in France, where she now resides. This CMJ, she returns to New York City to perform with a 5 piece band. Her music is cleverly adventurous with a lineage of Serge Gainsbourg and distinct French pop.
