Other details: On Thursday evening, June 26th, The Gryphon announced their grand re-opening with an invite only media review and tasting! The Dupont Circle hotspot introduced guests to their revamped menu featuring meats and a raw bar created by the acclaimed Chef Joseph Evans, in the restaurant's rustically elegant space. The Texan chef also oversees the kitchen for popular U street restaurant and bar, Lost Society. Both restaurants are without a doubt, a must-go.
