Taped Hair Extension Method
Taped hair extensions help pump up volume in your hair. This is an expensive method and lasts anywhere between two and four months. With this method, your hair is sandwiched between tapes and two wefts are attached, one each at the top and at the bottom. This helps add volume, length, and give a full look to your mane. Taped hair extensions fall flat and look natural, as compared to clip ins and sew in weave. But there are a few common user complaints about this method. The double-sided tape tends to show through the hair and it is not easy to wear hair up. This method will be troublesome if you develop allergies to the tape. But taped hair extensions are easy to maintain and require less time for application. Ready-made extensions are easy to DIY as well.
