Sew In Weave
Sew in weave hair extensions have been around for the longest time and are gentle on your natural hair. There are partial as well as full sew in weaves where the natural hair is completely hidden under the extensions. With weaves, natural hair is braided into the weft extensions. This allows for seamless integration and also negates any need for extra blending effort. This method is the most well known and has been in use for decades. If you take proper care of your braids, the natural hair will emerge healthy and safe when the extensions are removed. They provide a quick and easy way of adding length and volume to your hair. Sew in weaves also allow you to choose your hair in the color and the texture of your choice, and are long lasting. But the major drawback of this method is that it is not boyfriend-proof. It is quite easy to make out the lumps and the bumps if you run your hand through your hair. Also the hair does not fall as naturally and as smoothly as you would like, and requires regular upkeep.
