10. Ritter Butzke
Set in a gothic, pre-war factory featuring umbrellas in the ceiling, a giant teapot and numerous rooms, this is truly a mad-hatter, teaparty-esque funhouse. The live concerts and eclectic musical stylings range from electro pop, to minimal techno, to psychedelic punk rock. Various exclusive events are thrown here, such as VICE parties and Fashion Week wraps.
