National Sibling Day: Celebrate With Our Favorite Celebrity Siblings

The Deschanel sisters are from an industry Los Angeles family, the daughters of cinematographer and director Caleb Deschanel and actress Mary Jo Deschanel. They attended the esteemed schools Harvard-Westlake and Crossroads School, and then continued onto college at Boston University's Professional Actors Training Program and Northwestern University. With a three year age difference between them, it is not surprising that Emily played practical jokes on poor little sister Zooey as kids. Zooey told Jimmy Kimmel all about how "[Emily] basically just used the plot of 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers' to terrify me." Emily told her that she'd been replaced by an alien from Neptune, the aliens had killed her real sister, and replaced her with a facsimile who looked just like her and talked just like her.
