For a healthy summertime snack or appetizer, try this simple watermelon and tomato salad recipe straight from Chrissy's Instagram.
She writes,
"Tomato and watermelon salad! Cut up some watermelon and tomatoes nice and big (duh), mix 3 teaspoons sugar with 1/2 teaspoon salt and sprinkle over the chunks. Let sit while you mix together 1/2 cup red wine vinegar with 1/4 cup olive oil. Drizzle over the watermelon and tomatoes (don't have to use all of it) and add some sliced red onion and add feta crumbles or some basil or arugula if you want! Supposed to let sit for an hour but you won't want to oh baby"
