Glory Days Start Early
RBG was no slacker, even as a young'n. She attended Cornell University, was one of 9 women in her class at Harvard Law, and transferred to Columbia Law School, where she graduated first in her class. After facing a significant amount of discrimination due to her gender, Ruth ended up learning Swedish in order to co-author a book about Swedish civil procedure. After proving herself time and time again, she quite literally wrote the book on sexual discrimination, authoring the first casebook about sex discrimination and law.
