"'The more the better' has always been my motto," Elizabeth Taylor once said. With a 69-carat Cartier diamond bearing her name, two Best Actress Academy Awards, and eight marriages, Taylor was the last of the classic film stars of early Hollywood--and she certainly lived to the fullest. Her social life was glamorous spectacle, a circus of low cut dresses, famous gentlemen, and glittering diamonds.
