Maintaining the image of a kick-butt survivor and scavenger as her character Rey isn't easy, and Ridley put in some serious training for the role.
-She told Elle about her diet, saying it was composed of "lots of fish, legumes, and spirulina shakes..."
-Having to be in heroine shape for action scenes, Daisy told the magazine that her workout regimen consisted of "three months of grueling training: five hours a day, five days a week at the gym plus stunt practice at London's Pinewood studios."
