Artists, It Girls, and fashionistas headed to New Canaan last Saturday for a day picnicking in the sun at The Glass House's 4th annual Summer Party. The fundraising event welcomed 400 guests (who rolled up in style - Rolls Royce style, that is) for lawn games including ping-pong, and chess, as well as strolls around the 49-acre site.
DJ Mia Moretti and Chez Conversations presented a deconstructed symphony: her voice and the debut performance of “Glass,” with strategically placed sound installations across the grounds. Guests sipped Taittinger and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and picnic by The Schoolhouse at Cannondale. Greenwich Tent Company provided a gorgeous space for the silent auction powered by Paddle8 including artworks and experiences by a range of artists including Josef Albers, Carlos Bettancourt, KAWS, Louis Lawler, Vik Muniz, Bruce Nauman, Richard Serra, and more. Guests went home with a VIP gift bag filled with chic goodies!
