Recently the neon trend as been beaten to the ground by over zealous head-to-toe neon wearers; however, it's a trend that will always be around and can be a great accent when used sparingly. A belt is great way to add a neon accent without over doing it.
What you need: Neon spray paint, tape, and newspaper.
Tip: If you're looking to revamp an old belt, spray paint the belt completely white before adding the neon. It will create a perfect base to show the true color. You can also use the white to create a cool ombre effect on the belt.
