Karl Lagerfeld Is Opening A Line Of Nightclubs & Hotels

by Stephanie Maida · October 20, 2016

Would you stay in Lagerfeld Land? Where dinner portions are sure to be tasting-menu-sized and the vodka gluten-free? The king of fashion has entered into a long-term licensing deal with Brandmark Collective, according to WWD, which will help launch his venture, Karl Lagerfeld Hospitality. Oh, how chic.

But this is hardly the designer's first foray into the hospitality biz. He's already designed a six-star, 20-story hotel in Macau, a pool and al fresco restaurant at the Hotel Metropole in Monte-Carlo, and the lobbies of hotels and residences in Miami, Toronto, and Singapore. We mean, he certainly has a reputation for transforming spaces (just think of all those themed Chanel shows!).

The only question that remains: will cats be allowed in?
