This look is a Matrix meets a dragon. It is is sleek, aerodynamic, and lending to the New York aesthetic, black with a little bit of edge. The high-low silhouette creates levels, but the wide trench-like nature necessitates the sleek leggings and heels that the model is styled with in the photo. The snugness of the upper body versus the flowing nature of the train is very science fiction in itself, creating a look that could be a little on the cheesy costume side.
