Rolling Around on the Floor
The rolling around on the floor diet doesn't have a book, or a website, or really even any rules. It's very simple: lay down on the floor and roll around. 1920's movie-star Clara Bow credited her slim figure to this highly scientific weight-loss technique, and was even quoted saying:
"I'll bet I rolled 100 miles. I must be the rollingĀ championĀ of the world."
So that's what they did before there were gyms...
