Donning a purple wig and jumpsuit, Miley showed off more than just multiple tattoos in a costume that recalls Lil' Kim's memorable VMA look. Besides the fact that she totally rocked it, anyone else think the twerk queen had a tongue-in-chic message embedded in her choice?
