Let's all give out a resounding "oh thank gawd" in the name of Jack's Coffee being a permanent Amagansett fixture. Thanks to The Feast, we were able to get a look at the Jack's Coffee "stir brew" process and gawk longingly at owner Jack Mazzola. (So what if he's an ex-soap star?!)

Not only is he easy on the eyes ladies, but he also runs his business in a Patagonia-esque manner, operating with policies of fair-trade and sustainability. The coffee hottie has a heart! Swoon. Even better good news: when the summer is over and I can't sit outside and stalk the Amagansett store, I can drink Jack's Coffee at Chipotles around the country.
