Guests made their way to the Living Room Restaurant on Wednesday night for BOMB magazine's 2nd Annual Crayfish and Cocktails Summer Celebration. Mary Heilmann and Jenny Ljungberg, owners of The Maidstone, and Betsy Sussler, Editor-in-Chief of BOMB took part in the lavish event in response to last year's overwhelming success. Early on, guests enjoyed cocktails, Swedish hors d’œuvres, funny hats and bibs, and a limited-edition crayfish poster by Michael Williams. Those invited to dinner enjoyed a meal prepared by Executive Chef James Carpenter and a guest appearance by Swedish based Consulting Chef Bjorn Ericsson.
