This past weekend, Amanda Hearst, Breanna Schultz, and their new non-profit, the finn2finn Alliance, hosted a truly unique pre-Hamptons Classic bash, for a most worthy cause. Each year, over 100,000 "unprofitable" or simply unwanted Thoroughbreds are trucked to Canada and Mexico to ultimately be slaughtered. A not-so-glamorous aspect to horse racing few realize.

Pulling together one of the hottest tickets of the summer, the duo partnered with Saks Fifth Avenue to host the finn2finn Launch Party at a private East Hampton barn. With all proceeds from the event dedicated to helping transition American horses from their careers to their next home through horse rescue and rehabilitation group, ReRun - just leading up to the event, they had already secured $70,000 in donations.

Featuring a spirited auction of Lincoln Pilcher's rescue horse photography, the event was made all the more lively by a group of VIP furry friends who joined in the festivities.
