Brittany Weeden stood out to us in this Stella McCartney look from the spring '13 collection at the Parrish Art Museum's Midsummer party. We love the color-blocking on the dress, but we especially love the subtle sheer panneling separating the hues. She finished the look off flawlessly with a pair of studded Valentino shoes and a matching, nude clutch.
